I the artist, will still own the rights to the artwork. This means I can show it in my portfolio or online.

If you want full ownership and control of the artwork for business, you’ll need to pay extra for commercial rights.

You can’t change or resell the artwork without permission.

Personal Use: You can use the artwork for personal things like sharing on social media or printing it for yourself. Unauthorized use of my art such as broadcasting platform, merchandise, commercial promotion is not allowed.

Commercial Use: If you want to use the art to make money (like on products or advertising or broadcasting platform, novel cover, Merchandise, and Giveaway from selling products), we’ll need to discuss extra fees for commercial use.

The prices and terms for commercial works are different from the ones on this page and a written contract is required. Please contact via email for negotiation.

I will send a confirmation email to you (or DM on X in case you're comfortable with that) when I already received your order.

After you confirm the sketch. I will Summary prices and send the payment methods. Work will begin after I have received my full payment.

All invoices are due within 7 days, unless there are other agreements. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission associated to it.

Commission paid earlier will be prioritized in the commission list.

Full refunds are only possible if the project hasn’t started yet.

If I’ve already begun, we can discuss a partial refund based on how much work has been done.

No refunds will be given after I deliver the final artwork.

process: sketch > Paid & Review > Rendering > Review > Final Art > Review > Send file png, jpeg, and PSD (merge layers file)

Maximum of 3 revisions (3 rounds) after send review

Please give feedback within 3 days count from the day I send wip. If there's still no contact after 3 days, I will start the next stage.

Free revisions minor changes. Major revisions outside the scope of the Form like require redrawing (pose & outfit change, add background, etc) will cost additional fee. Sometimes I may offer changes for the composition that I think will fit, the final decisions are yours and my suggestions are free.
